Welcome to >Straight Talk< LLC, a Consulting Firm where our expert professionals partner with primarily Law Enforcement Agencies to proactively identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risk and improve organizational performance. Break free from the "Status Quo" and invest in a new relationship between employees, supervisors and customers.
Services
Straight Talk Consulting exists primarily for Law Enforcement agencies and other First Responder agencies. It is intended to improve communication between employees, supervisors and customers. The program focuses on risk mitigation, the identification of leadership potential, as well as the increased connectivity, synergy and morale of the organization.
The program is derived from a leadership development background of over 40 years. It is a facilitated and targeted discussion program that identifies obstacles to teamwork, efficiency and organizational success. It was developed, improved and exercised throughout a large California Police Department over a four-year period. The program is currently being used by another California Police Department.
A short period of observation and discussions with personnel at every level is followed by designing structure, topics and schedule for small group facilitated professional development sessions. All discussions are guided by and with the use of the acronym “VALUES”.
On Site Teaming Sessions
>Straight Talk< Consulting uses a VALUES based small group discussion approach to generate crucial conversations needed to forecast and avoid problems. The program increases understanding and trust between team members, while also providing for the professional development of all. An investment in this program will reap returns in increased connectivity, morale, and synergy among team members. A report of critical information, suggestions, observations and recommendations is provided upon completion of discussion sessions.

Facilitator Training
After the On Site Teaming Sessions, a follow-on service is suggested to provide training for in-house facilitators for the continuation of a self-driven sustainment program.
